We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval.If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will of course delay the process and lengthen the production time.Please bear in mind all couriers experience a surge in deliveries during peak season, as such deliveries may take a few extra days that expected. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time. This option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists.
Please note that requesting a photo or costume change after your proof has been sent means that our artist has to start again from scratch and as such this will incur a small fee which goes back to the artist to cover their time effort. If you have a photo but are unsure whether it will work or not, you can always contact us You do not need a professional picture, mobile phone pictures work great too.Needs to include their head in full i.e.Photo’s at your pet's eye level work best.
